What we do

Virtual tour services for every kind of building

We have been photographing virtual tours of schools, hospitals, factories, heritage sites and homes since 2008. This page compares every service we offer, what each costs to start and how quickly it goes live, so you can see which fits before you ask for a quote. Every shoot is done by our own DBS-checked photographers, and most projects pair a tour with stills, drone or video on the same visit.

  • 11 services, one photographer on site
  • From £350, no travel charges in mainland UK
  • Working UK-wide since 2008

Which service fits?

  • You want people to explore the place and remember it: Bespoke 360. It is the most flexible format, and it works for a single room or a whole campus.
  • You need to show the layout, size and flow of a building: Matterport 3D.
  • You want to be found and stepped into on Google Maps: Google Street View.
  • The buildings are not finished yet: a CGI virtual tour.

The services combine well. A bespoke tour for your website and a Street View tour for Google can be photographed on the same visit. For a longer comparison, read Bespoke vs Matterport vs Google: which is right for you? or our guide to choosing a virtual tour provider.

Our virtual tour services

Bespoke 360 virtual tours

Our flagship service, and the one we recommend for most sites, small or large. We photograph every scene on full-frame cameras, then design an interface around your site. That means an opening screen and menus, hotspots that open photos, video, text and audio, and maps that show where each scene sits. No two look the same. Giggleswick School has worked with us for several years, and its 2026 update shows what the format can do.

Matterport 3D tours

A Matterport Pro3 LiDAR scan of the whole space, with the dollhouse view, floor plan and measurements people expect from a property listing. Tours are usually live within 48 hours of the scan. Floor plans, still photography and BIM or point-cloud files can come from the same visit. See the Allison Homes show homes in North Devon.

Google Street View virtual tours

An indoor tour, photographed by a Google trusted photographer and published to your Google Business Profile, so people can step inside from Maps and Search. It is live within seven days of capture, with no ongoing fee. See EvoDental in Edinburgh and Kids Planet Nurseries.

CGI virtual tours

For sites that are not finished yet. We capture real aerial 360s with a drone, then add the planned buildings in CGI, made in-house. Buyers, tenants and planners can then see the finished site from the air. We built one for DP World's London Gateway Logistics Park while many of its buildings were still to come.

360 Studio, our virtual tour CMS

A bespoke tour hosted on 360 Studio, our own platform, so your team can edit it without us: swap a scene, change hotspot text, add a collaborator or see how visitors use the tour. It suits large sites and tours that change through the year. The photography is the same as a bespoke tour; the difference is a yearly licence, from £150, that keeps it online and editable.

Add to any tour

  • Drone photography and video: licensed aerial stills, video and 360s, often used as a tour's opening scene
  • Still photography: architectural and interior stills, shot on the same visit
  • Interactive 360 video: spherical video of a space in use, such as production lines, theatres and events
  • AI face replacement: for school tours, pupils' real faces are swapped for AI-generated ones, so scenes stay lived-in without the risk of faces being misused
  • Interactive maps: an illustrated, CGI or aerial map as the front door to a campus tour
  • Signposted visitor maps: a visitor map and wayfinding guide your team keeps current, with your tours built in
  • 360 photography only: panoramas supplied as files for your own platform, or white-label work for agencies

Virtual tours by sector

Each sector page shows recent work and answers the questions that sector asks most: schools, colleges and universities, nurseries, property and show homes, student accommodation, heritage and museums, factories and industry, hospitals and laboratories, care homes, holiday parks, wedding and event venues, training and onboarding and aircraft.

How a project works

  1. Tell us about the site. What it is, roughly how many spaces, and what the tour is for.
  2. We recommend a service and send a quote. If two services would suit, we explain the difference.
  3. We photograph or scan it. The shoot is planned around your timetable and done by our own DBS-checked team.
  4. We build it, you review it, it goes live. Read how long a virtual tour takes, step by step.

Which virtual tour service should I choose?

Bespoke 360 suits most sites, because it can be designed around what you want people to see and do. Matterport 3D is best when layout and measurements matter. Google Street View puts you on Maps and Search. We advise on the fit before quoting, and the services can be combined.

How much do virtual tour services cost?

Matterport 3D and Google Street View start at £350. Bespoke 360 starts at £700. Every project is quoted before booking, and the price depends mainly on how many spaces the tour covers.

How long does a virtual tour take?

Matterport tours are usually live within 48 hours of the scan, and Street View tours within seven days of capture. Bespoke tours take one to four weeks, depending on the size of the site.

Can several services be delivered in one visit?

Yes. Most projects pair a tour with stills, drone shots or 360 video on the same day, which keeps the cost down and the look consistent.

Do you cover the whole UK?

Yes. Travel within mainland UK, including Scotland and Wales, is included. Northern Ireland, the islands and overseas work are quoted per project.

Do you provide the photography only?

Yes. We supply 360 panoramas and stills as files for your own platform, and white-label tours for agencies and marketing teams.

Not sure which service fits?

Tell us about the building and what the tour is for, and we will reply with a recommendation and a price.

No obligation. No travel charges anywhere in mainland UK.
