Signposted is priced per site, from £5,000. Every site is different, so we quote for yours: how big it is, how many buildings, entrances and routes it has, whether we draw your plan and photograph the route, and whether it connects to live data such as departures, car park counts or your CRM. Tell us about the site and we will send a quote. For context, the established campus-engagement platforms publish prices from around £20,000 a year plus modules for lead capture and events.

What goes into a quote

The things that make one site take longer than another.

The size of the site

A single building with one entrance is quicker than a campus, a hospital or an airport with car parks, several entrances and upper floors.

Your plan and the routes

We can work on the real map or satellite view, or draw your own site plan and floor plans, with the walking routes, crossings, lifts and stairs that make every walking time real.

Photographs and 360s of the route

A picture of each decision point, or a 360 view, so people recognise the spot when they get there. Quoted as photography, alongside any 360 tour.

Live data

Departures, car park counts, queue times or opening hours read from the systems you already have, set up with your IT team.

Enquiries and your CRM

The built-in enquiry form, or your own form from OpenApply, iSAMS, HubSpot or another CRM, with enquiries landing where your team already works.

Why is it quoted per site?

Because sites vary so much. A visitor map for one building takes days; a hospital with car parks, floor lines and wards on upper floors, or an airport linked to its departures, takes longer. Quoting per site means you only pay for what yours needs.

Can we see it working first?

Yes. The school, stadium, trade show, airport and hospital demos show finished pages, and we can show you your own site in Signposted from your plan before you commit.

Can you photograph the site as well?

Yes. Photographs or 360 views of each step of a route, and a full 360 tour to embed, are quoted as photography work alongside Signposted.
