Open days that run themselves: a campus map and guide for every visitor
Prospective families, new starters, visiting teams, contractors and parents at the Christmas concert all arrive asking the same questions: where do I park, which entrance, how do I get to the hall. Signposted answers them on the visitor's phone, and does the admissions jobs on top: audiences, open-day booking, pupil ambassadors and enquiries into your CRM.
- Open-day tour as a guided trail
- Enquiries into iSAMS, Admissions+, OpenApply and more
- Early access, by invitation

Built around the admissions calendar
Everything a campus engagement platform does for open days and enquiries, around a real map of your site.
"I am a prospective parent"
Visitors pick who they are and get a welcome in your voice, a to-do list to tick off on the day and only the places that matter to them. Link straight to an audience from your open-day email.
The open-day tour as a trail
The route your pupil guides walk, as an ordered trail visitors can follow at their own pace: reception, the quad, science, the library, sport, lunch. Each stop has its photo and story.
Open days with booking
Open mornings, sixth-form evenings and scholarship days in date order with a Book button to your existing booking page, dropping off the page automatically once they have passed.
Admissions staff and pupil ambassadors
A face, a role and a line for the people a family can talk to, with a link to email, a chat tool such as Unibuddy, or a profile page.
Enquiries into your admissions system
A built-in enquiry form that emails admissions, keeps a list you can export and pushes each enquiry to a webhook. Or paste the form from Admissions+, OpenApply, HubSpot, Finalsite, Gecko or Slate.
Term-time jobs too
New starters find their form room, visiting teams find the changing rooms, contractors sign in at the right reception. One page, four audiences, no extra work.
See a school page working
Ridgeway College is a fictional school we built in about an hour. Open it on your phone, choose "Prospective pupil or parent" and start the open-morning trail.
Open the demo pageNo sign-in needed. The enquiry form on the demo does not send.
Ready for the next open day
No developer, no app, no project plan. Admissions keep it current themselves.

Which admissions systems and CRMs does it work with?
Any system that gives you a form embed or a webhook. Presets with instructions are included for iSAMS, Admissions+ (Applicaa), OpenApply, SchoolBase, Arbor, Bromcom, SIMS, Finalsite, HubSpot, Salesforce Education Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Gecko, Slate and Unibuddy, plus Zapier, Make and Power Automate. Every enquiry is also emailed to you and can be exported as a CSV.
How does this compare with a campus engagement platform or a virtual tour?
The managed campus platforms are excellent, and priced for universities. Signposted covers the same open-day jobs (audiences, guided tours, events, ambassadors, lead capture, branding) around a real map with directions, is set up and kept current by your own team, and costs a fraction. If you also want a full 360 virtual tour, that is what we have photographed since 2008 and it embeds straight into the page.
Can we use it for a multi-site school or a university with several campuses?
Yes. Make one site per campus, or one site with areas drawn for each. Each has its own address and QR code.
Do visitors need an app?
No. The page opens in any phone browser from a QR code or a link, with no download or sign-up. To-do list ticks are remembered on the visitor's phone.
Can we change it ourselves?
Yes, that is the point. Sign in, edit, publish. Changes are live in seconds, so the page can be updated for an event, a term or a road closure without waiting for anyone.
What does it cost, and how do we get access?
Signposted is in early access by invitation: ask us and we will set up your account. It is free to use while we finish it, we will confirm pricing before anything is charged, and our tour clients will get it included with their tour.
Want it set up before your open day?
Send us your site plan and website and we will build the first version, photograph anything that is missing and hand it over ready to publish.
