Why a Street View tour matters
When someone searches for a restaurant, shop, clinic, venue or showroom, Google shows your Business Profile before your website. A Street View tour adds a 'See inside' walkthrough to that profile, so customers can check the space, the layout and the atmosphere before they visit or book. Google's own research found listings with photos and a virtual tour twice as likely to generate interest, and a complete profile makes customers 2.7 times more likely to consider a business reputable.
How it works
We photograph the customer-facing areas in 360, connect the route, blur faces and number plates, and publish the tour to Google Maps and your Business Profile, usually within seven days of capture. You also get embed code for your website. A typical shop or restaurant takes under an hour to photograph; there is no hosting fee and no subscription.

Is a Google Street View virtual tour the best fit for my project?
Google Street View virtual tours are a great way to increase exposure by placing your location directly on Google Maps, allowing users to explore with a familiar walk-through format. How much does a Google Virtual Tour cost?
Google Street View tours are priced on the size of the space being shot. This starts from £250, and increases in cost based on the size of the location being captured.
Are there any monthly costs?
No, each Google Street View tour is hosted on Google Maps, and don't have any additional monthly hosting costs.
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
The size of the space dictates the cost of a Google Street View virtual tour. When asking for a quote please let us know the number of rooms you have, the amount of floors and if possible, the size of the floor space. If you have floor plans or architects drawings these are very helpful .
How long does a shoot take?
This depends on the size of the building being captured. A small high street shop could take our Google virtual tour photographer just 30 minutes to shoot, however a large venue could take multiple hours. For our Google Street View virtual tours we take an individual 360 scene every 10-15ft giving a full walk-through. The larger the building, grounds or venue, the longer it takes to complete the shoot.
How many people are present at the shoot?
Just a single Google virtual tour photographer is present when we shoot our Google Street View virtual tours.
Can we include people within our tour?
Absolutely. Your tours can either be free of people, focusing on the spaces themselves, or packed full of your staff, students, scientists or even animals! We will provide you with the best advice dependant on the setting of each area.
How long until our location is on Google Maps?
Most Google Street View virtual tours are uploaded to Google Maps 24-48 hours after shooting. It can then take up to 7 days for the tour to fully 'connect' on Street View.
Can you update old Street View imagery?
Only if it was shot by us or another agency, not by Google. Imagery captured by Google's own cars and trekkers always takes precedence over agency uploads, so it cannot be replaced by anyone else. Inside a business it is different: we can photograph a new Street View tour at any time, but the old imagery stays on the map until the photographer who uploaded it removes it, or a request is made to Google to take it down as outdated. If we shot the original, we remove it ourselves when the new tour goes live. For outdoor routes we record spherical video in the same way Google does, which appears as the blue line on the map.
