A bespoke virtual tour is a fully customised 360 experience designed around your organisation’s spaces, branding, and goals. Each scene is photographed professionally and built using our 360 Studio CMS, or desktop based software if a CMS isn't required, allowing you to include interactive hotspots, media, links, and tailored navigation.

Pricing depends on the number of 360 scenes required, but smaller projects often cost under £1,000 . Each tour is quoted individually based on your needs, and we always provide clear, transparent pricing before any work begins. Hotspots are interactive elements you can add to your tours that contain additional still imagery, text, galleries, video, PDF downloads or URL links. These can be small and succinct, or more advanced and packed full of information on the area being viewed. You can add multiple information points to each 360 scene.

It takes our professional photographers 1-2 minutes to shoot an individual 360 scene. This does not include the time it takes to ensure the area is ready for shooting. This may include moving chairs or furniture, clearing any boxes or storage away and removing personal items rom the area. We provide you with a preparation guide before each shoot takes place.

Most projects are completed within two to four weeks , depending on size and scheduling. Larger or multi-site tours may take a little longer, but we’ll always agree clear timelines before starting.

Absolutely. Your tours can either be free of people, focusing on the spaces themselves, or packed full of your staff, students, scientists or even animals! We will provide you with the best advice dependant on the setting of each area.

Yes, we can. As standard we remove blemishes such as floor stains and wall scrapes/scuffs. We blur out information you may not want to display and can even remove pictures or posters that you didn't take down on the day of shooting. For a small fee we can even perform complex edits such as removing large items from a room or removing vehicles from external shots. Our most complex edit performed to date included removing scaffolding from a building and adding in windows to match the rest of the facility!

Yes. When your tour is built on our 360 Studio CMS , you can make updates at any time. Add or edit hotspots, change text, upload new media, or duplicate your tour for different audiences, all without needing to contact us for changes.

Yes, we can design custom overlays that work like mini-sites, bringing all your location tours together under one unified interface. This setup allows for advanced features such as introduction videos, micro-pages for individual subject areas, and Google Maps integration. Matterport Virtual Tours tours are priced on the size of the space being shot. This starts from £350, and increases in cost based on the size of the space being captured.

A Mattertag is a virtual tag that can be added inside any 3D Matterport Virtual Tour to help communicate additional information and add context to specific locations, objects or features directly inside a 3D Virtual Tour. We include these free of charge for our projects! They can include copy, images or video.

The size of the space dictates the cost of a Matterport virtual tour. When asking for a quote please let us know the number of rooms you have, the amount of floors and if possible, the size of the floor space. If you have floor plans or architects drawings these are very helpful .

A 3 bedroom show home can take one of our Matterport photographers between 1-2 hours to capture. Large spaces may take multiple days, depending on the access and timescale available for shooting.

Just a single 3D scanning Matterport photographer is present at each Matterport shoot.

We recommend that Matterport virtual tours are scanned when no people are present. However, this doesn’t mean that people can’t be in a shot if this is unavoidable. We do strongly advise that people stay in their positions for the whole shoot if this is the case.

No, Matterport imagery cannot be edited to remove any items or blemishes that may be in view. We can blur content if this is required.

Most scans are uploaded to the Matterport servers 24-48 hours after the completion of the scan. It can the take up to 24 hours for the scan to be rendered and ready for sharing. Larger Matterport projects with multiple scans can take longer, so if you have a specific deadline, let us know so we can accommodate it within our workflows.

Yes, once scanned your Matterport virtual tour can be used to process a set of BIM files for use in software such as Autodesk’s® Revit. This is classed as an add-on, and as such are priced separately from your standard Matterport scan cost. Available files included in a BIM output are as follows - RVT file (compatible with Revit 2020 and newer) .DWG (Floor Plan) .DWG (Reflected Ceiling Plan) .IFC (IFC4, Industry Foundation Classes) .RCS (ReCap Scan, a point cloud) The Matterport BIM File is for those who work in the AEC space (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction), such as the following: Sectors: Commercial, Retail, Data Centers, General Architecture/Design Firms, Engineering Firms, construction companies. Beneficiaries: Professionals within organizations responsible for design, construction, project management, acquisitions, and leasing.

Yes, there is typically a recurring hosting fee to keep the tour live on the Matterport Cloud.

Google Street View tours are priced on the size of the space being shot. This starts from £250, and increases in cost based on the size of the location being captured.

No, each Google Street View tour is hosted on Google Maps, and don't have any additional monthly hosting costs.

The size of the space dictates the cost of a Google Street View virtual tour. When asking for a quote please let us know the number of rooms you have, the amount of floors and if possible, the size of the floor space. If you have floor plans or architects drawings these are very helpful .

This depends on the size of the building being captured. A small high street shop could take our Google virtual tour photographer just 30 minutes to shoot, however a large venue could take multiple hours. For our Google Street View virtual tours we take an individual 360 scene every 10-15ft giving a full walk-through. The larger the building, grounds or venue, the longer it takes to complete the shoot.

Just a single Google virtual tour photographer is present when we shoot our Google Street View virtual tours.

Most Google Street View virtual tours are uploaded to Google Maps 24-48 hours after shooting. It can then take up to 7 days for the tour to fully 'connect' on Street View.

To cover large outdoor areas, we use professional 360 video equipment to create Street View imagery. Like Google, we record routes in spherical video, which are uploaded to generate the familiar blue line across the map. This method differs from indoor Street View tours, which use still images and appear as individual blue dots on the map. We can shoot and upload Street View imagery like this for all outdoor locations, such as walking routes, new developments, or any large, outdoor area that needs new imagery, or the updating of old imagery.
