What parents want to see before they visit

Choosing a nursery is a trust decision. Parents want to see the baby room, the outdoor space, where children eat and sleep, and the people who will look after them. A virtual tour answers those questions at 10pm on a phone, which is when most nursery research happens, and turns a website visit into a show-round booking.

Bespoke tour or Google Street View?

A bespoke tour lets you choose exactly which rooms to show and add hotspots for room information, ratios, policies and staff introductions. A Google Street View tour puts your nursery on Google Maps so it appears when parents search nearby. Many nurseries do both from a single visit, and still photography for your website and Ofsted-facing materials can be added on the same day.

Shooting with children present, or without

We can photograph during a quiet session, at nap time or after hours, and we never publish images that identify children without your consent. Most nurseries are photographed in under two hours.

What’s included

What a nursery tour includes

Designed for early-years settings and nursery groups, whether you have one site or thirty.

Choose the rooms

Show the spaces that matter to parents and leave out the ones that do not. You decide the scene list; we advise from experience.

Room information hotspots

Age ranges, ratios, daily routines, meals and staff introductions, attached to the room they describe and editable with the optional CMS.

Google Maps listing

A Street View tour linked to your Google Business Profile, so parents searching 'nursery near me' can look inside before they call.

Works on any phone

Parents research on mobile. Tours load fast and navigate with a thumb, with no app to install.

Multi-site groups

Consistent branding and one project manager across every setting, with per-site pricing for nursery groups.

Photography on the same visit

Still images for your website, prospectus and social channels, captured while we are there.

How it works

From first message to live tour

Four steps, one named contact, and a clear price before anything is booked.

  1. 1

    Quote

Tell us about the building and what the tour is for. A clear, no-obligation price, with no travel charges anywhere in mainland UK.

  2. 2

    Plan

We agree the scene list, navigation and hotspot content with you. Our preparation checklist gets each space camera-ready.

  3. 3

    Shoot

A photographer captures each scene on full-frame DSLR kit, five to ten minutes per scene. Drone 360s and still photography can be added on the same visit.

  4. 4

    Build and launch

Every scene is individually edited and built into your branded tour. You review a draft, we refine it, then it goes live. With the optional CMS added, there is editing access for your team. Allow one to four weeks depending on size.

Pricing

What it costs

From £700 per tour

You get a clear quote before anything is booked. The CMS is an optional extra quoted with the tour, there is no ongoing cost of any kind, the interface is designed entirely around your brand, and they suit small and large sites alike. Testimonials

We've been lucky enough to travel to some amazing locations for even more amazing clients. We have stamps in the passport for China, Costa Rica, Malaysia, The Philippines, India, The USA and of course, all over Europe.

360 Virtual Tours has given our school website an edge that others don’t have. I have been able to hold virtual tours and share the 360 tour with prospective parents as I walked virtually around our school with them. I subsequently had lots of positive feedback about how great it was for them to be able to go back to the tour time and again with their children to revisit the areas and use the information points to see what learning took place there. All in all the team at 360virtualtours were magnificent. Communication was flawless and the end product speaks for itself.Annie KnoupeWhitstable Junior School
Thank you to 360 virtual tours for putting together tours of our five college campuses and university centre. These have been a fantastic resource in a year when open events for our potential students weren’t a possibility, and we have had many compliments on the quality and how easy they are to navigate. Working with 360 was an extremely straight forward process. They are helpful, professional and got the final tours put together quickly for us to an excellent standard.Lucy PontingSouth Essex College
We were thrilled with the teams work in creating stunning 360 virtual tours across all three of our sites at The Perse School. The 360 tours created a real buzz around the school and have provided a brilliant tool in marketing The Perse to prospective parents and pupils. Not only are 360 virtual tours consummate professionals, they are also friendly, polite and great to work with.Aaron MasonDigital Engagement and Marketing Executive at The Perse School
