Visitors, contractors and candidates, all at the right gate
A multi-building site has three kinds of arrival: the visitor who needs reception, the contractor who needs the service yard and the induction, and the candidate who needs to find the interview without being late. Signposted gives each their own page, from the same map, sent with the meeting invite.
- Send the link with the meeting invite
- Visitor, contractor and candidate audiences
- Assembly points, PPE zones and site rules

Built for a site with rules
The induction starts before they arrive.
Gates, reception and visitor parking
Which gate for which building, where visitors park, where to sign in. Directions start from the gate the visitor is told to use.
Deliveries and contractors
The service road, the goods-in bays, the weighbridge and the site office, with hours, a phone number and the documents a driver needs.
Site safety
Assembly points, PPE zones, speed limits, no-go areas and the first-aid room as places on the map, plus a short site-rules to-do list the contractor ticks before they arrive.
Candidates and new starters
The interview room, the car park, the canteen and the HR desk. A calmer arrival makes a better first day.
Units and tenants
For a managed park: every unit with its occupier, entrance and contact, and a page the estate manager can update as tenants change.
Inductions with 360
Attach a 360 tour or a Matterport scan so visitors see the route and the site rules in context before they leave the office.
The business park template
Buildings and units, gates and reception, parking, safety, food and transport, with visitor, contractor and candidate audiences.
Try the school demoThe demo is a school; the business template works the same way with its own categories.
Set up and owned by facilities
No developer, no app, nothing for IT to install.

Frequently asked questions
Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Just get in touch, or even better, book a video consultation.
Can we keep parts of it private?
Visitor pages are public by design, so keep anything sensitive off them. For a secure induction tour with restricted access, our 360 Studio training tours are the right tool and link from the page.
Can several sites share one account?
Yes. One account can hold as many sites as you have locations, each with its own address and QR code.
Do visitors need an app?
No. The page opens in any phone browser from a QR code or a link, with no download or sign-up. To-do list ticks are remembered on the visitor's phone.
Can we change it ourselves?
Yes, that is the point. Sign in, edit, publish. Changes are live in seconds, so the page can be updated for an event, a term or a road closure without waiting for anyone.
What does it cost, and how do we get access?
Signposted is in early access by invitation: ask us and we will set up your account. It is free to use while we finish it, we will confirm pricing before anything is charged, and our tour clients will get it included with their tour.
Want a 360 induction tour too?
We photograph factories and industrial sites to your permit-to-work rules. Tell us about the site and we will quote.
