CGI virtual tours: show the buildings before they are built

A real aerial 360 of your site from our drone, with the buildings that do not exist yet added in CGI. Buyers, occupiers and investors see the finished scheme in its actual setting, from every direction, long before construction starts.

Why developers use CGI virtual tours

A plot is a flat field until someone signs for it, and a photograph of a field does not let a buyer, an occupier or an investor picture the finished scheme. A CGI render shows one angle an architect chose. A CGI aerial 360 puts the proposed buildings into a real view of the site, so people can turn round, see the roads, the neighbours and the landscape, and judge it for themselves.

What a CGI tour can include

The centrepiece

CGI aerial 360

A real drone panorama of the site with the proposed buildings, roads and landscaping added in CGI, working with your architects or design team. Everything already standing stays real, so the scheme sits at the right scale in its actual setting.

Make it a map

Plots, units and occupiers

Labels for every plot or unit with its size and status, logos for occupiers already on site, and a list that filters and searches them, so the tour works as the scheme's live availability map.

Part of the interface design
Real at ground level

360s of finished buildings

Ground-level 360s of completed units, show buildings or the surrounding area, linked from the aerial, so people can see what a plot becomes. More can be added as each phase completes.

How a CGI aerial 360 is made

We fly the site and capture a full aerial 360, then the proposed buildings are added in CGI to match the real view, before the scene is built into a tour with your plots, labels and content.

  • A full aerial 360 captured by our own licensed drone pilots, from up to 400 ft
  • Proposed buildings, roads and landscaping added in CGI, working with your architects or design team
  • Plot and unit labels, occupier logos and ground-level 360s added on top
  • Updated as the scheme changes: built plots, new occupiers and new phases
What’s included

Who CGI virtual tours are for

Anyone who needs people to understand a site that is still being built.

Logistics and industrial parks

Show build-to-suit plots at the size on offer, next to the occupiers already there, the roads and the motorway links.

Commercial agents

One link that shows every available plot or unit, its size and status, for brochures, emails and viewings.

Residential and mixed-use schemes

Put proposed blocks and homes into a real view of the neighbourhood, so buyers see the setting as well as the building.

Campuses and estates

Show a new building or phase in place on an existing site, alongside 360s of the buildings already in use.

Investors and stakeholders

Explain the whole scheme at a glance, then let people explore the detail at their own pace.

Phased developments

Keep the tour current as phases complete: swap CGI for real buildings and add new ground-level 360s.

How it works

From first message to live tour

Four steps, one named contact, and a clear price before anything is booked.

  1. 1

    Quote

Tell us about the site, the scheme and what the tour needs to show. A clear, no-obligation price before anything is booked.

  2. 2

    Plan

We agree the aerial viewpoint, which buildings are added in CGI, the plots and labels, and any ground-level 360s, working with your design team.

  3. 3

    Fly and build the CGI

Our licensed pilots capture the aerial 360, then the proposed buildings, roads and landscaping are added in CGI to match the real view.

  4. 4

    Build and launch

The scene is built into a tour designed around your scheme, with plots, occupiers and content. You review a draft, we refine it, then it goes live.

What Our Clients Think...

We've been lucky enough to travel to some amazing locations for even more amazing clients. We have stamps in the passport for China, Russia, Costa Rica, Malaysia, The Philippines, India, The USA and of course, all over Europe.

The team at 360 Virtual tours were outstanding from the get-go! This was our first venture into 360 virtual tours and I spoke with a few companies before I found Matt and Mark and I immediately knew I found the company I wanted to work with. They explained the process well from the outset, were patient with our team’s questions and left everybody confident with the next steps. The final piece was delivered on time, on budget and far exceeded our expectations.Lee HuntCox Powertrain
We used 360 Virtual Tours to create a virtual tour of our academic institute/laboratories for public engagement purposes. The process and costs were very clear and the end product was exactly as expected, on time and high quality. I would use them again and recommend them for others in the scientific industry or academia.Dr Sean EliasUniversity of Oxford
Matthew and the team have been incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process of the 360 virtual tour. From the first call, to the finished product, everything ran smoothly and quickly. On the day, they were able to provide us with suggestions and comments for the best shots. The finished tour is excellent and better than we could have ever expected.Georgina BerryCity of London School

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Just get in touch, or even better, book a video consultation.

What is a CGI virtual tour?

A 360 tour that includes buildings that have not been built yet. We capture a real aerial 360 of the site with our drone, then the proposed buildings, roads and landscaping are added in CGI, so the scheme can be explored in its real setting.

Do you need our architect's CGI model?

Working with your architects or design team gives the most accurate result. At London Gateway we worked with DP World and its design company, Tassell Design.

Can the tour be updated as the site is built?

Yes. Plots can be relabelled when they are let, new occupiers added, and ground-level 360s of completed buildings dropped in as each phase finishes.

Can it show availability?

Yes. Plots or units can be labelled with their size and status, with a list beside the map that filters and searches them, so the tour works as the scheme's availability map.
