The planner drafts the scenes we would photograph, groups them into a menu a visitor would understand, recommends a format and gives you a guide price from our published rates. A planner, not a sales funnel
The planner uses the same thinking we use on a site visit: which spaces earn a scene, how a visitor expects to move through them, and which format fits the job. The price band comes straight from our published rates: a bespoke tour is £350 for the first scene and £75 for each scene after that, a 360 Studio tour starts from £750 plus a licence from £150 a year, and Matterport and Street View tours start from £350. There are no travel charges anywhere in mainland UK. We read every description that is sent to us, and nothing you type is used for anything other than planning your tour.
1. Describe
The spaces you have, who the tour is for and anything unusual. Add your web address and the planner reads your facilities and visit pages, so it uses your real room and building names rather than guessing.
2. Review
A scene list grouped into menus, a recommended format with the reason, extras worth considering and tips for the shoot day. Remove scenes you do not want and the price updates.
3. Send
Email the plan to yourself, or send it to us and we will come back with a firm quote and available dates, usually within a working day.
