Justice, equity, diversity and inclusion
Our commitment to fairness and inclusion in how we run our business, how we serve our customers and how we take part in our community.
Our commitment
View 3sixty Limited, trading as 360 Virtual Tours, is committed to justice, equity, diversity and inclusion in how we run our business, how we serve our customers and how we take part in our community.
In our operations
We treat everyone who works for or with us fairly and with respect. We recruit, pay, train and promote on merit and without discrimination on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation. We make reasonable adjustments so that people can do their best work, and we do not tolerate harassment or bullying. The detail is in our equality and diversity policy.
For our customers and the people who use our tours
We make virtual tours so that people who cannot easily visit a place can still see it and decide for themselves. We work to make our tours usable by as many people as possible, we show people and places truthfully and with dignity, and we follow our communications and ethical content guide in everything we publish.
In our community
We give time and discounted work to local schools, charities and community organisations, and we aim to work with a diverse range of suppliers and freelancers.
Accountability
Matthew Evans, director, is accountable for this commitment. It applies to all our policies and practices. We review our progress every year and welcome challenge through our grievance procedure.
Approved by the director of View 3sixty Limited on 4 October 2026.
