What this means in practice

- We respect freedom of association, and we do not discriminate in employment.
- We provide a safe and healthy place to work, written terms, and pay that meets or exceeds the legal minimum.
- We respect people's privacy and dignity when we photograph and film, as set out in our ethical content guide.
- We consider human rights when we make our most significant purchases each year.
- Anyone who believes we have harmed their rights can raise it through our grievance procedure, without fear of retaliation.
