Barton Pines Holiday Park Virtual Tour
A bespoke 360 virtual tour of Barton Pines, a holiday park in South Devon: a postcard welcome, a drone resort map with photo pins, eight places on the park and three days out on the English Riviera.
Barton Pines is a holiday park in the South Devon countryside, with lodges among tall pines, apartments in a red-stone Manor House, a restaurant, an indoor pool and a spa, a short drive from the beaches of the English Riviera. Holiday guests book on how a place makes them feel, and most never see the park until they arrive. We photographed the park from the air and on the ground, along with three days out nearby, so guests can look round before they book.
The tour is one of our bespoke 360 virtual tours: 12 places in three chapters, the resort map, on the resort and out and about, with an interface designed like a holiday postcard in cream, pine green and a warm orange. Below we walk through each feature and why it is there.

Greetings from Barton Pines
The tour opens with a postcard: an aerial photograph of the park, a stamp and postmark, one line on where it is, and the three chapters with how much is in each. “Start exploring” goes to the resort map.
The resort map, from the air
A drone 360 of the park is the map. Round photo pins mark the lodges, the courtyard, the Manor House, the restaurant and the rest, each with a label, so guests can see how the park fits together and where they would stay before choosing a place to visit. Links underneath go straight to the resort or to days out nearby.

On the resort
Eight places, from the lodges and the Manor House to the restaurant, its balcony, the indoor pool, the spa treatment room and the play area. Each has a large title, a short description in the park’s own words, a photo where it helps, a button back to the map and an “Up next” card that names the next place.

Out and about
A holiday is more than the park, so the tour carries on to three days out on the English Riviera: Torquay harbour, Goodrington Beach and Berry Head. Each has the same card, with suggestions of what to do nearby.

All places, like a set of photos
“All places” lays out every scene as a print, grouped by chapter, with the current place marked and places already visited ticked.

Settings and help
A small options menu has a short guide to using the tour, a link to copy the current view, full screen, larger text and reduced motion.

Designed for a phone
Most holidays are browsed on a phone. On a small screen the postcard stacks, the resort map adds a row of place chips under the title, and place cards sit at the bottom of the view with “Read more” for longer descriptions.

Self hosted, with no platform fee
Like our other bespoke tours, this one is delivered as a self-contained website that can be linked from the park’s page and booking emails, with no annual platform subscription for the tour itself. If you run a holiday park, resort or group of parks, take a look at our holiday park and resort virtual tours or get in touch for a quote.
