LGC Group Laboratory Virtual Tours

We’ve recently been working with LGC Group at their DNA sampling facility. The team required a virtual tour of their location for sales staff to use whilst out on the road. The tour allows them to show clients the process involved during sample testing, from initial receipt to the sending of results.

The tours have been loaded onto Microsoft Surface tablets and have been a huge success with team members not wanting to hand them back after testing! Each scene contains information points that outline key processes and procedures. Youtube videos have also been embedded in certain scenes to provide another interactive element.

The tours have been so successful we’re currently undertaking more work at another LGC location and will be working with the team to further improve the lab tour. The staff at LGC gave us the following fantastic feedback:
