More companies opting for virtual tours to showcase their commercial office space.

We’re delighted with the increasing amount of agents and land owners who are opting for virtual tours to help market their locations.  2012 has seen a real increase for us in this sector and we couldn’t be happier.  All our work comes from either referrals or web searches (i.e. no pushy sales teams!), meaning when we get chosen for a project it’s because of our high quality service and reputation.

Last week we shot at 5 commercial properties in locations all over the UK, with London being 3 of those.   In this post we’ve chosen 2 of our London shoots to showcase, giving you a peak into 2 top London office locations, Haymarket and Dover St in Mayfair.

Both Haymarket House (top image) and 48 Dover St (above image) required high quality imagery to match the current marketing material in both quality and style.  We shot tours in full HDR and produced a skin for each location that matched their current branding in every aspect.  All we need to do this is an up to date PDF brochure, from this we can match colours, font and design elements all in house.  For Haymarket House we even adapted the floor plan to show a divide in the floor, something the agents were putting into place due to part of the office being under offer.
