Georgian Property Commercial Office Shoot, Bath

Fantastic Georgian offices photographed for HPH Properties, Bath.

We photograph offices all over the UK but every now and again a real gem comes our way, and 27 gay St in the historic City of Bath was a gem indeed!

The building itself is a 17C Georgian townhouse, not unlike many that you’ll find in Bath.  HPH Properties have worked hard to convert the building into a period space combining modern energy saving features.  Rooms have kept their popular 17C features such as fireplaces, high ceilings and shuttered sash windows and modern necessities such as cabling for telephone and broadband, LED lighting and window films to reduce heat loss have been installed so discreetly, you don’t even notice they’re there.

We were tasked with photographing the property as a complete blank space, focusing on it’s Georgian features and large, bright office spaces. We’ve included a sample of the shots we took in this post.
