Charles II Street Commercial Property Tour

Contemporary meets Regency at Charles II Street, St James’s, London.

Commercial property virtual tours are not always famous for their inspiring locations or features, but every now and again you get a location that is a pleasure to capture.

This tour, produced for The Crown Estate just last week, showcases their Charles II Street location in St James’s, just a stones throw from the Theatre Royal and Piccadilly Circus.  The tour is in both Flash and HTML5 and shot purely in HDR, a must due to the sunny day London was experiencing.  The jewel in the crown (pun anyone?!) with this shoot was definitely the fantastic reception area, a contemporary and modern space that combines beautifully with the Regency style of the building as a whole.

The tour was designed to fit in with the branding style set by the marketing company, giving a seamless transition from the website to the brochure to the virtual tour.  You can toggle the floor plans with a click of the mouse, giving you the exact position you’re viewing.
