Kensington property shot in it’s ‘before’ state.

We’ve just completed an 11 scene 360 Virtual Tour and still shoot for London based property consultants Lake & Co.  The brief was simple, create a full screen tour of this 4 story town house in prestigious Kensington in it’s ‘before’ state.  We produced 11 tours covering the 4 stories, and also produced an external tour of the roof space.

‘Before’ and ‘After’!

London based Lake & Co are currently in the process of renovating this home. When finished, we’ll return to complete another set of tours showing the transformation.  We can’t wait to return and see the results, and it will make for a really interesting tour allowing users to switch between the before and after states.

We love the feel of this tour, and it is amazing to think that we have captured this building in such detail just before it is completely gutted and transformed.

Property Tour & Stills Project

This stunning stone barn conversion gets an equally stunning set of tours to really set it above the rest…

We produce tours for organisations, companies and individuals all over the UK, but a sector we don’t always tell you about is the housing market.

For years Estate Agents and property professionals have realised the advantage and benefits of including a 360 virtual tour into the marketing plan.  Unfortunately the majority of Estate Agents want a cheap low cost and ultimately low quality option.  It was a pleasure therefore when we were contacted in March this year to produce a virtual tour for a stunning property in South Wales.

HDR Technology

We were blessed with good weather and captured some stunning scenes.  HDR (High Dynamic Range) was used in the tour to enable us to capture even tones and lighting throughout the tour.  This technique enabled us to produce the stunning external tour, which really did show off the sky that seemed to go on forever!

Stills Included

As with all our projects, stills were included with the tours and these were used in printed material and websites such as Rightmove.co.uk and findaproperty.com.

0800 to 0845

From today, we have changed our advertised contact number from 0800 046 1783 to 0845 301 0865.

Why the change?

As more and more people now use mobiles as their primary means of communication, we feel that having an advertised 0800 number was alienating them a little.  It is widely known that 0800 numbers can’t be accessed from a mobile.  By introducing our new 0845 number, calls to us will now be charged at a low national rate.

Will it cost me an arm and a leg to call the 0845 number?

No!  0845 numbers are charged at a UK national rate.  Charges range from FREE to a couple of pence a minute at peak time.  However, charges do vary between providers so check yours to confirm charges.

Can I still use the old 0800 number?

Yes!  We’re keeping our old 0800 046 1783 number, so if you have that stored on your phone, on letterheads or business cards from the team, you can still get through to us.

What if I still want to speak to you for free?!

No problem, simply send us an email using any of our forms and request a call back.

New tagline for 360 Virtual Tours!

Our brand spanking new tagline!

Today we have brought out our new tag line.  The words ‘because anything else is just a picture‘ will from now on adorn the top of our website and have pride of place on any printed material.

We had a few lines up our sleeves, such as ‘Because everything else is just boring’, ‘if a picture speaks a thousand words, our tours speak a thousand pictures’ and one of our favourites, ‘revolutionise your marketing’.  However we thought our new line above stood out better than anything else.

We feel it really sends out a message about how beneficial virtual tours can be to your business.  It’s short, memorable and we love it!

Because we give you more credit…

We wanted to avoid using lines such as ‘UK Tour Experts’, the ‘UK’s Best Tours’ etc.  We know you see those all the time, and we know you make up your own decisions about companies and are not influenced by such statements.  I mean, who says their the best?  Why they do of course, but then they would wouldn’t they?

Building the brand

It’s all part of our brand building exercise.  An exercise that we hope will create a brand that really jumps out and shows you that we are different, we are fresh and we are fantastic value for money.

I hope you like this new tagline.  Why not tell us what you think by getting in touch?

Our charity scheme gets a nice mention…

We’ve recently been mentioned in the press regarding our charity scheme and the work we did for ‘The Helicopter Museum’.

We produce tours all over the UK, from the South West, London, Kent all the way up to Hull, Newcastle, Birmingham and more.  Since 360virtualtours.co.uk started business we always wanted to put some time aside for local charities in and around our home base of Bristol.  With this in mind we started our charity scheme at the end of last year with the Helicopter Museum as our first charity tour.

Producing the tours was great fun, and the Helicopter Museum were very pleased with the end result.  To read more about our first charity project visit our blog post here: Helicopter Museum Tour.

‘One Brighton’ shows off it’s view from above!

Crest Nicholson recently commissioned us to produce 2 panoramic virtual tours on the roof terrace of their ‘One Brighton’ development.  A nice day was needed for this external shoot, and we were not let down!

The ‘One Brighton’ development is a joint venture by UK house builders Crest Nicholson and BioRegional Quintain, the UK’s leading sustainable community developers.  The Brighton apartments boast, amongst other things, an impressive view over the town.  What better way to show this off to it’s fullest than with a 360 Virtual Tour?!

Virtual Tour & Still Photography Shoot.

As well as the virtual tours that were shot from the roof terrace, a number of stills were also produced of the external of the building.

Why not take a look at the tours we produced by visiting our portfolio above or by clicking on the following link here: One Brighton Virtual Tour.

Step inside a working maternity hospital…

We have recently completed a commission for the Channel 4 ‘Life Begins’ project, which accompanies the TV series ‘One born every minute’.

A total of 11 fully interactive virtual tours were produced for the Channel 4 site.  Each tour gives an insight into the workings of the Princess Anne maternity hospital in Southampton.  People watching the television series can then go straight to the website to look at the actual locations used in the ‘fly on the wall’ documentary series.

Use of interactive information tabs.

The virtual tours take advantage of added interactivity in the form of information tabs that have been tagged on to certain equipment and areas.  Users can then choose to view more information on certain equipment and processes on in depth sections of the website.

Close working and tight time-scales!

We worked closely with the site developers Airlock London to get the commission completed, despite a tight time-scale.

You can view the tours direct on the Channel 4 website here, or view them on our site by visiting the portfolio.

Want to be our next clients?

We love working on exciting new projects that push our creative buttons, so why not get in touch and find out how we can take your project to the next level?  Give us a call on 0800 046 1783.

Top University tours coming soon…

Centre for Nanoscience & Quantum Information

We’ve just completed a shoot at this fantastic facility, and can’t wait to get them online for you all to see.  A selection of tours have been shot to show the impressive facilities including several labs, the impressive entrance foyer and even a view of the plant room, where the machinery is mounted on springs to reduce vibration!

State of the art, and we intend to get that across…

The facility is one of the most advanced of it’s kind in the world.  It has been built to have extremely low vibration and acoustic noise levels in order to allow accurate research across a range of disciplines.  We will be working with the centre team to produce a tour that not only shows you the environment, but also allows you to explore further with information hot spots.

While we work hard getting the tour ready, why not visit the website and take a closer look at what they do? Visit Site.
